Indigo Mound — Hole #17: Par 3

Here’s a nice 7-wood hole-out into this elevated green.  Here’s an ace from the short front box.

Lacking lofted clubs?  With a front pin, you can ram it into the hill and maybe get lucky too!  Here’s another one-hopper from the hill to the cup.

Here’s a beautifully-played 3-wood.  This 5-wood got two incredibly lucky bounces off the stairs and found the cup!  This 7-wood floated in nicely and spun back in.  And here’s a driver to a back pin.

Here’s a hole-out from the back box and a 6-iron ace over the right side from the front box.  This one bounced off the roof but still found its way home!  And here’s a 7-iron from the middle box off the angle of the roof, but the left-blowing wind pushed it home.

Aim for the playground grass with the swings, and hope you leave yourself a shot!  This one jumps in the sandbox off the drive — you don’t want this to happen.  However, you could still reach the green if not up against the edge.

Another option is laying up to the right in the fairway and bringing in a driver — this one was hot!

You can also try to cut the corner over the fence into the trees to the fairway, but it’s dangerous.  This one just made it, and here’s a hole-out from there.

There are narrow gaps through the trees, either straight or curved.  This one was angled straight through and got some incredible hops and roll into the hole!  Here’s another one straight through with a great deflection at the end.

Here’s a hole-out from the fairway after cutting the corner a bit, and here’s a hole-out after laying up straight ahead.

This hole is long, so try to get it as far as you can to the right side of the fairway.  Even in the middle of the fairway, if hit long, you can still have plenty of room to work around the trees.  Here’s a nice 3-wood hole-out.

Another option is to lay back along the very left edge of the fairway and work your way around the left side — this driver was very well-played.

This hole is drivable straight-away from the front box.

From the middle box, big hitters can sometimes get there too — check out this huge C3 that finds the hole from 400+.
